Stop the spread of salmon farms petition

The Irish Minister for Agriculture Simon Coveney has announced his plans to develop many more salmon
farms off the coast of Ireland as part of his strategy to stimulate economic growth. This petition is to try and bring awareness to him, his fellow TD's, and the Irish people of the disastrous impacts that salmon farms have on wild fish survival rates. The farms produce an infestation of sea lice that attach to young salmon and sea trout migrating to sea. This can result in the young fish dying before ever getting the chance to reach maturity.
