Moyola Anglers are gearing up for their first competition in County Fermanagh at Mill Lough on Saturday, May 24.
Here's some essential information which will help you get there and some hints as to which flies you should take with you.
Mill Lough Bellanaleck: This popular fishery is stocked with up to 10000 takeable fish and 5000 fingerlings annually. Fish over winter will grow up to 5 kg.
Upwing olives and fast fished lures are successful at this fishery. There are two car-parks on the lough shore with a pathway along almost the full length of the northern shore.
There are ten fishing stands situated where access is difficult. The shores are well indented and varied with large stretches of clean stony areas on the eastern and southern shores.
How To GetThere - Take the A4 through Enniskillen towards Belcoo to the junction with the A509, 3.2 km out of Enniskiillen. Turn left for 4.8 km, continue through Bellanaleck village and turn left on the outskirts at the side road to the lake (signposted).
