Each night on the Lower Bann the eel
fishery kills great number's of juvenile salmon Parr and Smolt's. They are to be seen
dead on the river each morning (this has to be stopped) Are DCAL going to act or
turn a blind eye as has been their policy in the past? There is no grey area here, It is crystal cleat to everyone that anyone breaking the law must be held to account So be
it with Toome Eel Fishery.
The pictures show these dead salmon and trout par found after Toome eel fisheries had fished for eels at portna on the river bann, Can someone please help to stop this because this can't go on, it's a disgrace that our fishery department dcal is turning a blind eye
