Anglers to host table quiz

^{_{A table quiz organised by the Moyola Angling Association will be held in the Bridge Bar, Castledawson on Friday, March 20.}}

^{_{Everyone is welcome to come along for what is sure to be another competitive yet light-hearted event. It is anticipated that the quiz will start at 7.30pm and anyone wishing to find further information can do so by emailing}}^{_{info@moyolaangling.com}}^{_{or watch the website for more details.}}

^{_{The club would also like to remind their anglers that the membership fee is now due for renewal. Anyone wishing to join the club can do so by downloading the application forms from the}}^{_{'Day tickets and membership'}}^{_{section of the website.}}

^{_{There are still a number of Associate membership places available on the Moyola for the 2009 season, and again anglers from outside the five-mile radius can download their application forms from the}}^{_{'Day tickets and membership'}}^{_{section of the website.}}

^{_{While many anglers are now beginning to dust down their rods and reels for the new season, several of our dedicated members have been busy over the cold winter months planting hundreds of trees along the banks of the Moyola.}}

^{_{With rising temperatures, the dollaghan eggs in the hatchery are nearing the hatching stage. After prolonged periods of sub-zero temperatures, both salmon and dollaghan eggs are developing much slower than in previous years.}}
