Just to let you know that fish with cuts on them this year, did not have any disease, we examined 2 salmon and 1 dollaghan at university - queens. cant say for sure how cuts were made, but definitly no net marks on fsh.

Seamie - I think I was a few months too late, or too early maybe, for the mayfly hatch on Lough Erne hehe.
Squidgy - wat's the crack, will you be over for a bit of Christmas fishing at yer man's place? You're badly missed at electrofishing, there's not a good netsman among us!!

but for anyone who has a copy of yesterdays paper, take a close look at the photo. i'm sure he's sneaked a spinning rod onto the canoe.
